WOODWARD — Peyton Nixon, Keegan Snyder and Kyler Simons of the Woodward-Granger Youth Wrestling will compete Feb. 25-26 in the AAU state tournament at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.
The young Hawks and their teammates competed in district tournaments Feb. 5 in Indianola and Webster City.
Nixon will compete in the grad 5-6 75-pound bracket, with Snyder hitting the mats in the grade 5-6 110-pound tourney. Simons, a second-grader, will compete in the grade 3-4 65 pound division.
