Officers responded after a caller reported seeing Smith allegedly “hitting the victim in the neck and upper torso area.”

According to court records, the victim admitted Smith “did hit him in the neck area,” and the officer observed “fresh scratches on the victim’s neck area.” The officer determined Smith and the victim were “in a dating relationship for the last 6-7 months.”

  1. I believe that relationship is beyond help. I bet that poor guy wished he never had asked her out that first time. Come on, girl, just stay away from him. He may be a guy, but I’m sure he knows at this point you are mad at him. Why do you keep going over there to get arrested?
