Visiting ADM needed just eight minutes of play to put Tuesday’s Raccoon River Conference boys basketball game with host Perry out of reach.

The Tigers (1-4, 1-3) opened a 30-2 gulf after one period of play, and led the Bluejays (0-6, 0-5), 43-5, at the intermission. Reserves played the second half, with ADM holding a 61-13, entering the fourth quarter.

Kaelen Davis hit two 3-pointers to lead Perry with six points, with June Rey Riesberg adding five points. Caden Steva splashed a trey for his three points, with Jeremy Mateso, Matthew Booker, and Jordan Ochoa each adding two points while Sincere Johnson made a free throw.

Samual Hlas (20) and Ethan Juergens (18) led ADM, with Tate Stine-Smith (8) and Grant Garton (8) also atop the scoring list. Aaron Teckenburg, Logan Krantz, Dylan Anderson and Carter Jensen scored four points apiece, with Lucas Curry adding three points and Matthew DuFoe and Ethan Book two each.
