A tornado warning has been issued by the National Weather Service for the Perry area and west-central Dallas County. The warning was issued about 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was seen near Panora at 4:24 p.m. moving northeast at 25 mph.
