The Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) has closed the northbound lanes of U.S. Interstate 35 from U.S. Highway 30 in Ames due to numerous crashes and reduced visibility.
The southbound lanes of U.S. Interstate 35 were closed about 1:45 p.m. Monday between U.S. Highway 18 at Clear Lake and U.S. Highway 30 in Ames.
