DES MOINES, Iowa — The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) was notified Friday of 12 deaths from COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 231. An additional 398 positive cases were reported for a total of 11,457 positive cases, including 654 in Dallas County.
