Law enforcement radio traffic indicated two people were transported to Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines Saturday after their vehicle left the roadway of Iowa Highway 141 near the 141 mile marker, entered the median and rolled before coming to rest on its top.
The cause of the accident, which occurred about 9:30 p.m. one-half mile north of 170th Street, is under investigation at this hour. The Dallas County Sheriff’s office said it could not release any information.
The Woodward Police Department, Granger Police Department, Dallas County Sheriff’s office, Woodward Volunteer Fire Department, Granger Volunteer Fire Department, Dallas County EMS and Granger EMS responded.
