Two of Perry’s prominent First Avenue businesses were closed Friday.
The drive-through service at the Great Western Bank at 1111 141st St. will resume at a yet-to-be-determined time, a Great Western spokesperson told ThePerryNews.com.
“In an abundance of caution, the branch closed temporarily to schedule a thorough cleaning,” the spokesperson said Friday.
The doors of the Dollar General store at 705 First Ave. were also locked Friday.
“Sorry for the inconvenience,” a sign on the door read.” The sign did not indicate when the store would reopen.
