A passenger van and an SUV collided on Iowa Highway 141 at Eighth Street shortly before dusk Saturday evening.
No injuries were reported in the two-vehicle crash.
The mishap occurred about 4:30 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Iowa Highway 141.
The van sustained serious front-end damage and came to rest pointing eastward in the intersection of the eastbound lanes and Eighth Street.
The SUV sustained serious driver-side damage and came to rest pointing westward on the south shoulder of the eastbound lanes.
The Perry Police Department in investigating the incident at this hour.
The Perry First Responders, Perry Volunteer Fire Department and Dallas County Sheriff’s office also responded.
