Tyler Smith of Perry graduated Monday, May 10 from the Des Moines Area Community College in Carroll with an associate degree in nursing.
Smith will continue his studies when he starts a bachelor’s program in nursing at Iowa State University in the fall 2021.
Smith, a 2011 graduate of Perry High School, is the son of Jodi Coons (Fick) of Coon Rapids and David Smith Bayard.
