The boil advisory was lifted Thursday afternoon on customers of the Minburn Water Department, according to a statement from the Minburn City Hall.
Minburn City Clerk Chris Fitch said the boil advisory was lifted when the city’s water system tests free of contaminants. The advisory was in effect since Monday night, when a water main break left residences west of U.S. Highway 169 without water.
Two sets of water samples, taken 24 hours apart, were tested to determine whether the water was safe. The results were released Thursday afternoon.
