Restroom upgrades were underway Monday at the Casey’s General Store at 2617 Willis Ave.
The store opened Oct. 24, 1975, next to a longtime Perry business, the Hall Brothers Cleaners at 2621 Willis Ave.
The Iowa Highway 141 bypass was completed in 1976 and greatly reduced through traffic on east Willis Avenue.
