Natanael Amaro Villa, 47, of Urbandale, was arrested Thursday on a charge of third-degree harassment.

An Urbandale man was arrested Thursday after allegedly harassing a Clive woman after she ceased relations with the man.

Natanael Amaro Villa, 47, of 7707 Hickman Road, Urbandale, was charged with third-degree harassment.

According to court records, Amaro Villa was allegedly “present at the victim’s place of work” twice this week in an “attempt to speak with her” and “rekindle a relationship.”

On Thursday Amaro Villa allegedly “followed the victim” to a Waukee gas station “and again approached her vehicle to speak with her,” according to court records.

A dispute ensured, and Amaro Villa allegedly “told the victim he knows where she lives” and that “a no-contact order will not stop him,” according to court records.

Officers of the Waukee Police Department made contact with the victim, who told the officers she “was in fear for her safety and sanity” because Amaro Villa continues “following her” and he “knows where she is currently living,” according to court records.

Officers of the Waukee Police Department made contact with Amaro Villa, who “admitted to knowing the victim does not want to talk to him and has told him multiple times in the past to leave her alone,” according to court records.

Amaro Villa “admitted to knowing harassment is wrong but continues to try and speak with her anyway,” according to court records.

Amaro Villa is held in the Dallas County Jail on a $300 cash or surety bond. He is scheduled for a pretrial conference May 15 in Dallas County District Court.
