Vehicle leaves roadway at intersection of Hwys 169 and 141

A four-door sedan left the roadway on U.S. Highway 169 near the Red Carpet Inn shortly after 7 p.m. Wednesday.

The Dallas County Sheriff’s office, Dallas County EMS and Woodward First Responders responded to the incident, whose cause remains unknown at this hour.

The vehicle sustained front-end damage in its career through the ditch. It is unknown whether a collision involving a second vehicle was a factor in the mishap.

There were no apparent injuries to the solo driver of the passenger car.
