Waukee couple accused of sexually assaulting two boys

A Waukee man and his girlfriend were arrested on a Dallas County warrant Saturday in connection with incidents last winter in which they allegedly raped two boys.

Duane Bradley McCoy, 48, of 575 S.E. Whitetail Lane, Waukee, was charged with second-degree sexual assault-forcible rape and third-degree sexual assault.

Michelle Lynn Davis, 45, of 575 S.E. Whitetail Lane, Waukee, was charged with second-degree sexual assault-forcible rape.

According to court records, the victims were 12 and 15 years old at the time of the alleged sexual assaults between January and March 2021.

A search warrant was executed in May at the Whitetail Lane residence by the Waukee Police Department. DNA evidence supported the ensuing charges, according to court records.

A warrant for Davis’ arrest was ordered Dec. 29 and served Jan. 8. Davis is held in the Dallas County Jail on a $25,000 cash-only bond. She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Jan. 19 in Dallas County District Court.

McCoy was arrested on a charge of second-degree sexual abuse in 2004 in Monroe County, but the charge was dismissed.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
