A West Des Moines man was arrested on a Dallas County warrant Friday in connection with his alleged sexual molestation of a 10-year-old.
Joshua Stuart Wine, 42, of 8610 E. P. True Parkway, West Des Moines, was charged with sexual abuse-continuous sexual abuse of a child.
According to court records, Wine allegedly committed “three or more acts of sexual abuse” with the same victim between Aug. 1, 2022, and Dec. 20, 2022,
A warrant for Wine’s arrest was ordered March 15 in Dallas County District Court and served March 23 by the Waukee Police Department. Wine is held in the Dallas County Jail on a $25,000 cash or surety bond. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing April 3 in Dallas County District Court.
