One block of Willis Avenue will be closed Wednesday, April 16 while Des Moines Asphalt repairs a defect in last summer’s the overlay project.
Willis Avenue between 10th and 11th streets will will be closed to through traffic while the repair is taking place and will open once the repair is complete.
Motorists are asked to avoid the construction area while work is taking place.

Una cuadra de la Avenida Willis permanecerá cerrada el miércoles 16 de abril mientras Des Moines Asphalt repara un defecto en el proyecto de superposición del verano pasado.
La Avenida Willis, entre las calles 10 y 11, permanecerá cerrada al tráfico durante las reparaciones y se abrirá una vez finalizadas.
Se ruega a los conductores que eviten la zona de construcción mientras se realizan las obras.
