WOODWARD — A decision to remain cautious in the face of the COVID-19 issue has led Woodward-Granger to cancel Saturday’s Norm McCune volleyball invitational.
W-G will begin the postseason Oct. 21 when they host Madrid in Class 2A Region 4 play. The winner advances to play either South Hardin (who faces the South Hamilton vs Eagle Grove victor) on Oct. 26. That match is slated to be held in Eldora.
Panorama, who was to attend Saturday, will travel to Des Moines Christian Oct. 18 for a Class 3A Region 3 match. The winner will meet either Roland-Story or Saydel Oct. 21 in Story City.
