The Xenia Rural Water District lifted Sunday the boil order it issued Wednesday for Dallas County customers living in the general area north of Dallas Center, east of Minburn, south of Highway 141 and west of W Avenue.
Xenia customers in the zone were advised March 2 to boil water before drinking it after a water main broke in the rural water vendor’s system. The latest tests for bacterial contamination in the water showed the water is again safe for customers to consume.
