A retirement reception for the Rev. David Polich, until 2013 the priest at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Perry, will beheld Sunday, Aug. 11 from 2-5 p.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 2926 Beaver Ave. in Des Moines.
Father Dave retires after 43 years of active priestly ministry, most recently at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Osceola.
Friends and well wishers are invited to attend the reception.
