- Alyssa Jennifer Kuehl, 19, 315 N.E. Fifth St., Stuart, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol.
August 22, 2019
- A vehicle driven by Elhad Diagne of Des Moines was turning around in the 2100 block of Greene Street when it struck a vehicle owned by Adam Vannavong of Des Moines. Damages were estimated at $1,000.
- Donald Hircock of Adel reported a scam in the 2300 block of Greene Street. No loss occurred.

- Brickstreet Motors of Adel reported a theft from a vehicle in the 200 block of Nile Kinnick Drive N. The loss was estimated at $20.
- A hit-and-run accident occurred in the 1600 block of Prairie Street when a vehicle driven by Justin Holker of Adel struck a Mid-American power pole. Damages were estimated at $35,500.
August 24, 2019
- Tyler Paul Breneman, 25, 903 Main St., #3, Adel, was arrested for driving while license revoked.
- Pamela Kae McGrean, 51, 210 S. 17th St., Adel, was arrested for driving while license suspended and on a warrant for probation violation.
- Nicholas Keith Clayton, 29, 4801 Franklin Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on Dallas County warrants for third-degree theft, assault with intent to inflict serious injury and two counts of assault on persons in certain occupations.

- Marina Nicole Quijas, 19, 608 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on an Adel Police Department warrant on an original charge of assault.
- Patrick Steelman of Adel reported a theft and criminal mischief in the 900 block of S. 10th Street. The estimated damage was $200, and the estimated loss was $800.
