- Kyle Patrick Lingner, 30, of 1502 Estella St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for OWI.
- Jacob Heileman of Minburn was traveling in the 25000 block of N Avenue when his vehicle struck a raccoon. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1,500.

- Charles T. Shroyer, 40, of 901 Birch St., Atlantic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
