- Jyden Shawn Trotter, 19, of 829 Sixth Ave., Council Bluffs, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance without prescription.

- Richard Carl Green, 39, of 2928 Rutland Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of OWI.
