- Conner Wiley Kenyon, 18, of 1610 Third St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unlawful passing of a school bus.
- Trudie Lynn Robb, 38, of 6600 S.W. 15th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief and assault.
