November 4, 2019
- Billy Dean Devilbiss, 35, of 204 Lucinda St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant on an original charge of second-offense domestic abuse assault and on additional charges f first-offense possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- The Perry Police Department received a report from the 1100 bock of Iowa Highway 141st Street of fraudulent checks in the amount of $2,261.39. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to the 1000 block of Dewey Avenue of a report of harassment.
- Officers responded to the 1600 block of Sixth Street on a report of theft.
November 5, 2019
- A 15-year-old male was issued a citation for second-offense tobacco violation.
- Possible theft charges are pending against a male in connection with an incident in the 700 block of First Avenue. The case is under investigation.
- A 15-year-old male was arrested for third-degree attempted burglary.
