- James Francis Neppel, 68, of 822 Monterey Dr., Carroll, was arrested in the 1000 block of Iowa Highway 141 for driving while license revoked.
November 25, 2019
- Tony Wilson of Dallas Center was traveling in the 22000 block of T Avenue when his vehicle struck a horse. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $4,000.
