November 26, 2019

  • Buay Kong Chuol, 21, of 2801 E. P. True Parkway, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for robbery.
  • Isabella Milosevich of Woodward was traveling in the 29000 block of Iowa Highway 210 when she swerved to miss a raccoon, and the vehicle entered the ditch, rolling onto its side. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10,000.
  • Grace Zobeck of Adel was traveling near the 116 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when she struck a tool box that had fallen out of a vehicle driven by Tammy Buchanan of Clearfield, Iowa. No injuries were reported. Damage to Zobeck’s vehicle was estimated at $5000.00 and damage to Buchanan’s vehicle was estimated at $300.
  • Melissa Spoo of Dexter was traveling near the 107 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1,500.
  • Gregory Miller of Clear Lake was traveling near the 107 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10,000.

November 27, 2019

  • Luz Elena Gonzalez Garcia of Perry was traveling south on J Avenue when she lost control on the ice covered bridge. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,000 and $50 to an address marker.
