Shoppers at the Walmart in Grimes reportedly resumed their consuming about 6 p.m. Sunday after the store was placed on lock down for about 30 minutes while law enforcement sought a missing Mississippi teenager.
A spokesperson for the Polk County Sheriff’s office said the 15-year-old female was later located in Johnston.
The Polk County Sheriff’s office and Dallas County Sheriff’s office responded to the incident at the store at 2150 E. First St. in Grimes, witnesses said.
