- The Perry Police Department received a report of criminal mischief received from the 1100 block of Willis Avenue. The loss was estimated at $100.
- Chad William Worthington Jr., 24, of 2952 Kading Road, Perry, was arrested on a charge of third-degree harassment.

- Jennifer Rae Nicolaisen, 40, of 12879 Houston Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia, second-offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and unlawful possession of prescription drugs.
