- Alexander Givuan Sampson, 27, of 1439 Sixth Ave., Des Moines, was cited and released in the 22000 block of T Avenue in Dallas Center for driving while barred and failure to maintain control.

- Shane Lee Schuler, 37, of 3309 Amherst St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for leaving the scene of an accident-property damage only.
