DES MOINES, Iowa — The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) was notified Thursday of 11 deaths from COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 404. An additional 633 positive cases were reported for a total of 15,955 positive cases, including 812 in Dallas County.
According to IDPH data, 21% of the 3,934 tests administered in Dallas County were positive, with 487 people recovered and 12 deaths. Dallas County is eighth statewide in number of deaths.
