CBS Newsperson Steve Hartman collaborated with retired U.S. Air Force bugler Jari Villanueva in launching “Taps across America.” The nationwide event offered the people an opportunity to pause for a moment in tribute to fallen service members and victims of the coronavirus pandemic while continuing to maintain social distancing guidelines.
