- Wendy Dawn Mills, 45, of 1620 W. Second St., Ottumwa, was charged with interference with corrections official while incarcerated at the Dallas County Jail.
- Scott Robert Hansen, 45, of 13838 120th St., Rippey, was arrested on warrants for stalking-violation of protective order, contempt of court for violation of no contact order on an original charge of domestic abuse assault and interference with official acts.
- Hector Rios Cardona, 26, of 1723 Pine St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of operating a vehicle without owner’s consent and driving while barred.
- Ralph Cornelius Hall, 22, of 2922 Deerpath Court, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

- Abigail Macey Harris, 20, of 705 Armstrong St., Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for disorderly conduct.
- Breane Lynette Philpott, 27, of 2010 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
- Meghan Elizabeth Krimbill, 43, of 35423 Cabernet Circle, Waukee, was arrested in the 32000 block of 360th Street in Booneville for OWI.
- Aaron Michael Moss, 30, of 155 S.W. Maplewood Dr., Grimes, was arrested at 14th and Front streets in Dallas Center for OWI.
