DES MOINES, Iowa — Data from the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) indicate total COVID-19 deaths statewide in Iowa stood at 834 at about 9 p.m Monday, July 27. In Dallas County, 34 deaths have been reported.
The total for positive cases statewide stands at 42,578, including 1,675 in Dallas County.
Of Iowa’s population of 3.1 million people, 456,543 have been tested, about 1.4% of the population.
