- Semahoro M. Biganza, 27, of 1318 Mondamin Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI and issued citations for open container and failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.
- Shkelzen Mollopolci, 30, of 8877 Copper Dr., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for controlled substance violation and failure to affix drug stamp.
- Courtney L. Jones, 27, of 100 W. First St., Casey, was arrested on a warrant for interference with official acts.
- Richard L. Lingren, 57, of 15590 Boston Parkway, #108, Clive, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
