An underfed white pit bull with brown spots was found running at large Thursday in the 1300 block of Willis Avenue, and a gray, long-haired cat was found running at large Thursday near the Raccoon River Pet Rescue on Perry’s south side.
Both strays were transported to the Perry Animal Control Facility.
