May 3, 2021
- Lacey Ray, 37, of 808 S.E. Polk St., Grimes, was arrested for first-offense domestic abuse assault and three counts of child endangerment.
May 4, 2021
- A vehicle driven by Marcus Terrell of Albia was being pursued by a law enforcement agency from another county on Iowa Highway 141 at O Avenue when the deputy hit the vehicle in an attempt to stop the suspect. Damage to the Boone County Sheriff’s office vehicle was estimated at $3,000. Damage to Terrell’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000. The Boone County vehicle car was able to be driven away. Terrell’s vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
May 5, 2021
- Tiffany Roberts of Winterset was traveling in the 36000 block of U.S. Highway 169 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $6,500.
- Matthew J. Spaulding, 29, of 1169 Orchard Ave., Jefferson, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree theft and third-degree burglary.
