DUBUQUE — Former Loras College assistant coach Trevor Kittleson has been hired by the University of Wisconsin-Platteville as their new head wrestling coach. Kittleson had coached at Perry prior to spending 2016-2021 with the DuHawks.
Kittleson had a strong run with Perry, coaching one state champion, two finalists, a total of nine placewinners and 18 total state qualifiers.
The new Pioneer head coach and St. Ansgar native competed collegiately for Northern Iowa. He was a national qualifier at 149 pounds in 2009 as a sophomore in Cedar Falls.
