- Richard Reed, 50, of 421 Center St., Manning, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for no valid driver’s license.
- Jacob Boyes, 28, of 1518 Wendy Lane, Madison, Wisconsin, was arrested for public intoxication.
- Christopher Marble, 33, of 1420 Mulberry St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
