- Jade Swailes of West Des Moines was traveling northbound in the 31000 block of U.S. Highway 169 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $10,000.
- Randy Johnson, 28, of 318 E. Ninth St., Carroll, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
