A band of snow will develop Wednesday afternoon over the Perry area and parts of southern into eastern Iowa, according to forecasts of the National Weather Service office in Johnston.
While accumulations are expected to be only about 2 or 3 inches within the band, reduced visibility and snow covered roads might cause travel impacts especially while the snow
is falling in the afternoon and into the evening.
