Along with Dallas County, the watch is in effect for Adair, Adams, Appanoose, Audubon, Boone, Carroll, Cass, Clarke, Davis, Greene, Grundy, Guthrie, Hamilton, Hardin, Jasper, Lucas, Madison, Mahaska, Marion, Marshall, Monroe, Polk, Poweshiek, Ringgold, Story, Tama, Taylor, Union, Wapello, Warren and Wayne counties.
