October 3, 2022
- Officers received a report of a theft of a forklift at Eighth and Evelyn streets. The forklift was recovered. Luis Daniel Lopez, 26, of 1402 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of fugitive from justice, first-degree theft, first-degree burglary and third-offense OWI.

- Officers received a report of a theft of a mountain bike. The loss was estimated at $1,000.
October 5, 2022
- Smerlin Manuel Pena Uolla, 32, of 510 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.
