Oct. 28, 2022
- Nathaniel Luckett, 39, of 2351 Washo Circle, Colorado Springs, Colorado, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a citation for speeding.
- Jonathan Salinas, 24, of 121 E. Lane St., Winterset, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and issued citations for failure to use a seatbelt, open container and driving while suspended.
- Phillip Dolezal, 21, of 605 State St., Dexter, was arrested on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.
- Stephan Cooler, 24, of 308 E. Main St., Mountpelier, Ohio, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, person ineligible to carry dangerous weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Kathryn Robertson, 34, of 935 Sherrylynn Blvd., Pleasant Hill, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- William McCullough, 30, of 500 Laurel St., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Jimmie Fisher of Perry was traveling on 135th Street neat Pheasant Lane when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle, driven by Christopher Carstarphen of Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,000.
- Zahra Aburas, 44, of 1164 S.E. Mapleleaf Lane, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of compulsory education violation.

- Smerlin Pena Ulloa, 32, of 510 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested for driving while license denied or revoked.
Oct. 31, 2022
- Shane Smith, 42, of 1309 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested for violation of a no-contract order.
