The city’s plans have changed, and 16th Street between North Street and Park Street will now be closed to traffic beginning Monday morning at 7 a.m. in order that workers can install a sewer line, the city of Perry announced Wednesday.
The roadway is expected to reopen on the morning of Thursday, Nov. 10.
Residents in this area will be able to access their driveways during the construction period.
