February 16, 2023
- A 2003 Jeep Wrangler, registered to and driven by Marcelo Salazar Solis of 2023 Willis Ave., Perry, was northbound in the 2400 block of First Avenue when the driver lost control, struck a curb and a power pole and overturned. No injuries were reported. No citation was issued due to the road conditions. The vehicle was estimated to be totaled.
- Dylan Ruvalcaba, 31, of 1324 Sixth St., Perry, was arrested on Dallas County warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second-offense possession of marijuana.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 1200 block of 16th Street.
February 17, 2023
- A 2008 Pontiac Grand Am, registered to and driven by Daniel Mayen Deng of 3710 56th St., Des Moines, collided with a 2020 Ford Ranger, registered to Craig Alan Wehmeyer of 400 Cedar Ave., Woodward, and driven by Cheri Ann Rinner of 400 Cedar Ave., Woodward, at the intersection of First Avenue and Iowa Highway 141. Damage was estimated at $1,100.
