- Jason Allen Clark, 39, of 3103 120th St., Cumming, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of probation violation.
- Dondae Dejuan Settles, 18, of 808 E. Eighth St., Madrid, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
- David Miller of Bouton was stopped at the intersection of Iowa Highway 44 and K Avenue when he was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Edwin Moreno of Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicles was estimated at $3,000.00 each. Moreno was cited for following too close.

- Juan Gabriel Perez, 19, of 304 Seventh St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of marijuana.
- Alec Ryan Steffes, 24, of 2402 N.W. Heritage Ave., Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possess of theft detection removal device.
- Joshua Thomas Law, 31, of 995 Fourth St., Waukee, was arrested at 6220 Raccoon River Dr., West Des Moines, for OWI.
- Joel Francis Moots, 22, of 10627 Elmcrest Dr., Clive, was arrested at 6220 Raccoon River Dr., West Des Moines, for false report to public entity.
October 11, 2015
- Austin John Worthington, 18, of 29507 I Ave., Adel, was arrested at First and Thomas streets in Redfield for disorderly conduct and interference with official acts.
- Shanetino Bingo Hill Kittrell, 23, of 712 13th St., West Des Moines, was arrested in the 14000 block of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal for driving under suspension.
