- Ryan Brown, 50, of 902 N. Pinet St., Jefferson, was arrested on a charge of third-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
- Paige McCarty, 35, of 1320 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of second-offense possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
