P. J. is 38 inches tall and weighs 33 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Zafira or P. J. Serrano is asked to call their local law enforcement or the Polk County Sheriff’s Office at 515-286-3333.
This story actually makes me laugh a bit. Why does it not say that it was their parents who took them? Nothing said about CPS involvement, no reason as to why said person believes my grandchildren would be in any danger. Has any authority — law enforcement or CPS worker — reached out my daughter or her husband? This supervised visit was overseen by a professional. Why, if up till now what CPS has done has been legal — why did supervising person NOT call cops immediately? BOLO put out on the vehicle?
