- Moses Baster, 28, of 913 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of third-offense OWI.
- Melvin Steven Herrick, 69, of 2510 Lucinda St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Officers received a report of harassment in the 1200 block of Willis Avenue. The case is under investigation.
- Luis Arratea Japa, 39, of 715 Grove St., Perry, was arrested on charges of first-offense OWI and driving while license is revoked.

- Michael David Patton, 43, of 906 Graceland Ave., Perry, was arrested an a Dallas County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
- Hector Rivera, 57, of no fixed abode was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fifth-degree theft.
- Kole Alexander Higgins, 20, of 605 Ninth St. N., Grand Junction, was arrested on a charge of second-offense eluding.
